Hi! My name is Marissa and I’m a 30-something wife and mom to two little ones 14 months apart.
I originally started a blog, Just Simply Mom, while home on maternity leave with my second child.
I had my heart set on staying at home with my babies and wanted to figure out a way to financially make that work.
I came across blogging and decided to give it a try in hopes to make some extra spending money so my husband would stop questioning my Target shopping sprees.
I felt like I had a lot to share about my own experiences of motherhood that other women would surely understand and value.
Since starting my blog in 2018, I’ve reached and helped millions of moms by offering advice as they begin their journey into becoming a mom.
Not only that, but my blogging income has allowed my family to travel more and stress less because I built a business that works around my schedule.
It’s been a life-changing experience for me from switching careers, learning a whole new set of language and skills, and starting my own online business from the ground up.
I was unaware of how much a little space on the interwebs could have such a positive impact on our life and the money is an added bonus as to everything that blogging has led me to.
We can’t get these years back with our little ones and I’m so fortunate that I have been able to spend all this extra time with them.
I designed Just Simply Blog in order to teach other women, and moms especially, how to create and grow the life you dream of.
I can’t wait to share all my tips, tricks, and guidance with you all because I truly believe that every woman who takes this opportunity will succeed.
